Complete Emergency Preparedness System
Our complete system will provide your building and tenants with all of the components necessary to ensure not only code compliance, but true emergency preparedness. Our system includes:
- Emergency Action Plan – We will design and implement a code compliant, building specific plan for fire and non-fire emergencies that will lay the groundwork for emergency preparedness.
- We will automatically update your EAP at least bi-annually or whenever significant changes occur freeing you and your staff from the tedious but vital work of keeping your plans current at all times.
- Comprehensive Training Program – Our staff of professional firefighters will provide expert training to all occupants of your building, including:
- Building Staff Training – We will bi-annually provide both hands-on and classroom training to your management staff, building engineers and security staff. This will ensure that all building staff tasked with implementing the EAP will have the necessary skills to do so in an emergency situation.
- Emergency Evacuation Team Member Training – We will provide bi-annual classroom training to all Fire Wardens, Deputy Fire Wardens and Emergency Evacuation Team Members. This training is critical to ensuring that all team members have the knowledge and confidence to respond quickly and appropriately in the event of an emergency.
- Evacuation Drills – We will conduct bi-annual evacuation drills for all commercial buildings (evacuation drills are optional for residential buildings). All tenants participating in the drills will be briefed on the Emergency Action Plan and the proper actions to be taken during an emergency thereby ensuring all occupants of the building are prepared to work together should an incident occur.
- Online Training Option – Particularly useful in residential buildings, our training seminar can be made available online so tenants can access vital emergency action plan information and training content when it is most convenient.
- Pre-Fire Plan – We will compile building specific information and compose a plan explicitly designed for the fire department. This plan will provide the necessary information that first responders need to efficiently mitigate an incident at your building.
