For compliance with Chapters 19-196 and 13-78 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, we offer a wide range of emergency preparedness services, including:
- Evacuation Plans – We can design and implement an evacuation plan for your building. This plan will conform to the Chicago Fire Department’s standards and ensure that your building is adequately prepared for evacuations and emergencies. We can also update or modify existing plans.
- Evacuation Drills – In accordance with Chapter 13-78, our ongoing evacuation drill program will provide the necessary training for occupants so that they will react rationally and orderly when confronted with emergency situations.
- Warden Seminars – We can provide comprehensive, site-specific training seminars for your fire wardens, deputy fire wardens, and searchers via our multimedia presentation, either in person or online. This seminar will teach your fire warden team members their various responsibilities and how to interact with the building’s fire response team and the local fire department in the event of fire.
- First Responder Training – We will train your building’s service personnel in first response techniques. This will include portable extinguisher selection and usage, evacuation procedures, and fire department notification. Additionally, we can offer CPR and AED training.
- Online Training – Our training sessions and seminars can be conducted online and tailored to your individual building.
- Violation Correction – Should your property be issued violations by the CFD, our staff will assist you by providing necessary documentation and guidance, including legal advice, throughout the correction process.
- Building Inspection – We can provide a full on-site fire and life safety building inspection. These regularly scheduled events allow building management to oversee the safety of the building and help attract new tenants. We ensure that your life safety systems are in working order and document all corrections for your official records, so that should you be held accountable in the case of an emergency, you will be prepared.

- Our recordkeeping will be uploaded on-site for storage on our server and backed up daily.
- We can also electronically file your plan with the City of Chicago’s Office of Emergency Management & Communication.
