Glenn Cartwright, Operations Manager
Glenn joined Quality Fire Protection Consultants Inc. in 2006 as a consultant and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2010. Glenn is a retired Fire Captain from the FDNY. While with the Fire Department, he served as an instructor for the Tactical Training Unit at NYC Fire Academy. He instructed all members of FDNY on all aspects of proper and safe firefighting procedures. He also served as an instructor for the First Line Supervisors Training Program –instructing newly promoted Lieutenants of FDNY and Fire Officers of the State of New York. His duties at Quality include coordinating the preparation of all fire safety and evacuation plans, violations, consulting clients and conducting on-site preparation classes for Fire Safety Directors.
JOHN LAFEMINA, Operations Manager
John joined Quality Fire Protection Consultants Inc. in 2009 as a consultant and was recently promoted to Operations Manager. John is a retired Battalion Chief from the FDNY where he served for more than 27 years. His duties at Quality Fire Protection include scheduling and training the consultant staff, consulting duties, and conducting building surveys for fire code compliance.
ryan cluett, planning unit Coordinator
Ryan Cluett joined Quality Fire Protection Consultants Inc.’s Planning Unit in July 2021. Ryan was promoted to Planning Unit Coordinator in May 2024. Ryan’s roles at QFPC Inc. involve preparing and submitting FSPs and FS/EAPs to the FDNY for review and acceptance, preparing Residential FEPGs, consulting with prospective clients, preparing proposals, and assisting with clients’ Certificate of Fitness Applications and On-site Requests. Ryan also oversees the day-to-day functions of the Planning Unit.
Megan Siu, Office Manager
Megan joined Quality Fire Protection Consultants Inc. in May of 1990 as a bookkeeper. She has since advanced to being the Office Manager and Controller of the company. Megan is also in charge of the registration for the Quality Training Institute.
